The Role

As Senior Specialist Scrum Master, you will coach the Scrum team to high performance and embed Agile practice across delivery.

What You Will Do

• Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services
• Get the team to a high performing level by recognising strengths and areas for improvement and applying the right coaching techniques
• Ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice and guidelines
• Coach the team in self organisation, cross functional skills and domain knowledge
• Proactively resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters to strengthen Scrum across the organisation
• Facilitate and support all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
• Report to stakeholders with Agile metrics, and work with internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive decision making

What You Will Bring

• Proven Scrum Master experience in Agile delivery
• Value driven Agile delivery, project planning, schedule management, scope and change management
• Strong stakeholder management
• Jira, Confluence and MS Office
• Good communication skills, and the tact to engage the Scrum team and supporting teams
