Private PA

I am seeking an experienced and highly organised Private PA to provide trusted, discreet and proactive support to a private individual with properties and commitments in Jersey and internationally.

This is a varied role providing all-round personal and administrative support. Responsibilities will include diary and appointment management, coordinating domestic and international travel, assisting with the administration of private properties in Jersey and the UK, liaising with contractors and service providers, managing insurance and financial administration, online ordering, running personal errands, arranging appointments and restaurants, and monitoring travel days for tax and residency purposes. Occasional travel to the UK or Europe may be required.

The successful candidate will have previous PA or Private PA experience and be highly organised, dependable and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. You will be proactive, resourceful and flexible, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential personal and financial information with the utmost discretion.
