What you'll do
- Activate and adapt global nutrition strategies and communication materials for the Polish market, ensuring local relevance and compliance.
- Monitor local nutrition science developments, media, and competitor activities to provide timely insights to the global nutrition team.
- Build strong partnerships with marketing, sales, and communications teams to become the go-to nutrition expert locally.
- Deliver internal nutrition education and training to enhance team knowledge and capability.
- Support Healthcare Professional programmes by preparing scientific content and evidence summaries.
Performance
You will own the local execution of global nutrition science initiatives, ensuring consistent application of nutrition standards and evidence-based communication. Your data-driven insights and proactive approach will improve decision-making and strengthen our market position. Success will be measured by the effective local activation of nutrition materials, stakeholder engagement, and the quality of nutrition guidance provided.

This role reports to the global nutrition team and works closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, communications, regulatory affairs, and product development. You will foster collaboration and accountability, ensuring nutrition science is applied responsibly and sustainably. Your long-term focus will help build a trusted nutrition foundation that supports both consumer health and business growth.

As a food lover and nutrition enthusiast, you will bring curiosity and energy to translating nutrition science into practical, consumer-friendly messages. You will stay ahead of emerging nutrition trends and innovations, helping Flora Food Group raise the bar in taste, nutrition, and functionality. Your passion for better food will inspire both internal teams and external partners.
About you
You hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition or a related qualification and are a Registered Dietitian or equivalent. You are fluent in Polish and preferably bring experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Poland, with a solid understanding of the local HCP landscape and how these networks operate. You bring practical experience in applied nutrition science, ideally within the food industry or fast-moving consumer goods. You are confident in analysing nutrition data, applying nutrition standards, and navigating claims frameworks. You communicate complex science clearly to diverse audiences and work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You build strong relationships and manage stakeholders firmly yet collaboratively.
You are genuinely interested in food culture and curious about how consumer behaviour and future food trends shape innovation. You understand that strong brands are built by anticipating what’s next in taste, nutrition and functionality, and by translating insight into meaningful consumer experiences.
Where this could lead to
This role offers a clear path to becoming a Senior Nutritionist or moving into cross functional roles locally. There is also potential for mobility within the global nutrition team, allowing you to broaden your impact and expertise over time.
