- Identify and resolve technical issues that could contribute to rework, schedule delays, or procurement conflicts.
Leadership & Quality
- Establish standards for technical reviews and engineering documentation.
- Lead and mentor Project Engineers and Field Engineers in documentation quality, technical coordination, and issue resolution.
- Promote consistent engineering and document-control practices throughout the project.
- Support project performance objectives related to RFI and submittal turnaround, technical constraint closure, rework prevention, design-to-procurement alignment, field issue resolution, and as-built completeness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of engineering and/or construction coordination experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading technical teams on complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of drawing and specification reviews, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, BIM coordination, constructability, and field engineering.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, where applicable.
- Experience with mission-critical, power, industrial, or data center projects strongly preferred.
- Experience with multidisciplinary MEP systems, commissioning, technical governance, and design-change management is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in an active construction environment and comply with site access, PPE, safety, security, and training requirements.
