Job Purpose: The Analyst will serve as a key support resource for the MENA Valuation teams, providing administrative, data management, and process improvement support.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Operations

• Monitor certificate/license validity and renewals
• Manage procurement portals for purchase requests and vendor documentation

Report & Data Management

• Format valuation reports to maintain quality and consistency
• Ensure soft filing systems remain current and accurate for reporting requirements
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders as needed

Process Enhancement

• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for operational improvements

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• At least 6 months of working experience in the real estate or BPO industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of service providers, client representatives, and JLL stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
