אחריות מלאה על תפעול המתקן כולל עבודות בקרה בחדר הבקרה וביצוע עבודות בשטח המפעל

הפעלת המתקן ותפעול שוטף בחדר הבקרה, עבודה מול מסכים המבקרים את עבודת המתקן בפרמטרים שונים, ניטור של כלל התהליך במתקן, מעקב אחר פרמרטים קריטיים בתהליך ורישום ותיעוד הנתונים

ביצוע בדיקות עכירות וליווי הדוגם

סיורי שטח ותפעול תקלות במידת הצורך

קליטה של חומרים מכלל האתר, אחסון ותיאום פינוי החומרים מכלל התהליך

ביצוע טיפולי אחזקה וניקיון במערכות המתקן- ניהול הפעילות במתקן בעת תקלה והשתתפות בטיפול מול הגורמים השונים

תמיכה במשימות הצוות

Overview (English)

Metal Plant Control Room & Field Operator

A metal manufacturing plant is seeking a Control Room and Field Operator for a role that combines office-based work with hands-on field operations.

 

 

Responsibilities (English)

Full responsibility for facility operations, including control room monitoring and field operations throughout the plant.

• Operate and manage the facility on an ongoing basis from the control room.
• Monitor plant operations through computerized control screens and systems.
• Oversee the entire process, track critical operational parameters, and accurately record and document data.
• Perform turbidity tests and support sampling activities.
• Conduct field inspections and troubleshoot operational issues as required.
• Receive materials from across the site, manage storage, and coordinate material disposal throughout the process.
• Perform maintenance activities and cleaning of facility systems.
• Manage facility operations during malfunctions and participate in troubleshooting efforts with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support for team tasks and operational activities.

 

 

Qualifications (English)

Proficiency in working with control systems and computer applications (including Microsoft Office).Strong technical aptitude.Willingness to perform physical work.Valid driver's license - required.Forklift license -  advantage.Previous industrial/manufacturing experience -  advantage.Willingness to work a  4-2-4 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays.
