The Opportunity

As a Client Relationship Executive - RCMS Managed Services you will drive business growth by building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping shape strategic sales efforts within our Brand Management, Marketing and Sales practice. As a Director you will set direction, guide client engagement priorities, and influence business outcomes while mentoring future leaders and upholding the firm’s reputation through quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset. In this role at PwC, you will support business development efforts, collaborate across the PwC Network, and advance client-focused solutions that align with organizational goals and evolving market needs.

Responsibilities

- Driving strategic business development initiatives to expand client relationships and uncover new managed services opportunities
- Building executive client relationships and aligning sales activity with account priorities across the Firm
- Leading account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity tracking using CRM software and sales analytics
- Developing business cases, pricing strategies, and proposal content to support competitive pursuits and contract discussions
- Conducting market research and using sales insights to identify trends, growth areas, and client needs
- Coordinating sales presentations, proposal support, and negotiation preparation with internal stakeholders
- Translating market intelligence into targeted sales strategies that advance revenue and market presence
- Coaching team members on client management, sales methodology, and relationship development practices

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
