Manager - IT

Role Summary

The IT Infrastructure Manager (Network & Hosting) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure services across manufacturing plants, warehouses, offices, and remote locations. The role will oversee Network Operations, Hosting Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Data Center Operations, Disaster Recovery, and Infrastructure Security while ensuring alignment with global IT standards and cybersecurity requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Strategy & Governance

• Implement IT infrastructure solutions aligned with global architecture and security standards.
• Develop infrastructure roadmaps, lifecycle management plans, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across infrastructure services.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, audit, procurement, and corporate governance requirements.

Network & Security Infrastructure

• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Internet, VPN, Firewalls, Proxy, and Telecom services.
• Ensure high network availability, redundancy, and performance across all locations.
• Lead network monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and capacity planning.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability remediation, network hardening, and audit compliance.

Hosting, Cloud & Data Center Operations

• Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup solutions, and cloud environments.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Manage data centers, server rooms, and hosting environments.
• Establish and test Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) capabilities.
• Drive cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Service Delivery & Operations

• Ensure infrastructure services meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage critical incidents, problem management, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with business, application, and global IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and technical standards.

Vendor & Budget Management

• Manage infrastructure vendors, ISPs, cloud providers, and managed service partners.
• Prepare and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Track contract renewals, cost optimization opportunities, and service performance.
• Lead procurement and infrastructure project evaluations.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support teams.
• Drive employee development, succession planning, and technical training.
• Support hiring, performance management, and team capability building.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and customer service.

Technical Skills

• Enterprise Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/SD-WAN)
• Firewalls, VPN, Proxy, NAC

Requirement:

• 10-15 years in IT Infrastructure Operations.
• 5+ years managing Network, Hosting, Cloud, or Data Center teams.
• Any educational qualification
• Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-location environments.
• Experience working with global IT teams and managed service providers.
• Certification in ITIL Foundation/Expert, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Cybersecurity is preferred
