As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. Use computer or tablet tools to document activity and communicate clearly with employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology-focused facilities, including offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Assist with access-control activities, visitor direction, and documentation of incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity through a professional presence and adherence to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
