Our client experience is fully virtual, allowing representatives to meet with families remotely and provide guidance from the convenience of their homes.

Your Role

As a Benefits Representative, you will work directly with members who are requesting information about available benefit programs. You will help them understand their options, answer questions, review eligibility, and guide them through the enrollment process.

The position combines customer service, communication, and needs-based benefit consultations in a remote environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with members through inbound and scheduled virtual appointments

• Review benefit eligibility and explain available coverage options

• Respond to questions regarding programs, products, and existing coverage

• Follow up with members promptly and professionally

• Assess individual and family needs using a structured consultation process

• Help clients identify coverage options that align with their needs

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Stay current on products, procedures, and company updates through ongoing training

• Work closely with leadership and team members for continued development
