Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other required materials for client meetings
- Attend client meetings, initiate follow up, and delegate tasks
- Manage post meeting process, including tracking tasks to completion and working with team to ensure client experience is positive and efficient.
- Enter trades, orders, and rebalances as requested
- Ensure client paperwork and documentation is accurate and correct prior to submission and processing. Follows up to ensure accurate completion.
- Prepare various business summary reports and client-specific reporting as needed for review by the financial advisor.
- Create and maintain records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Actively engage in available training/cross-training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on industry policies and procedures.
- Ability to execute at the granular level yet stay focused on the big picture
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of
- Company’s working structure, policies, mission, and strategies
- General office practices, procedures, and methods
- Financial markets, products and industry regulations
- Trading terminology
- Financial planning software
- Managed account platforms
Skill in
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, or similar contact management software.
- Microsoft Office.
- Tax software
- Effective communication (in-person, virtual, phone and mail)
Ability to
- Manage tasks and projects in an efficient manner
- Familiarity with various software applications, including Microsoft, CRMs and planning software
- Works both independently and within a dynamic team environment
- Analyze and research account information.
- Identify time sensitive items and assess competing priorities.
- Take initiative and proactively follow up on submitted items to ensure completion; resolve errors, questions or concerns.
- Analyze problems and establish solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels, in person and virtually.
- Provide a high level of customer service.

Education/Previous Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Licenses/Certifications
- Series 7 & 66 preferred, or ability to obtain within specified period
