Red Hat OpenShift Specialist (SME)

Role: Red Hat OpenShift Specialist – SMEExperience: 8–15+ yearsLocation: Kraków (Hybrid) (2 days Office/3 days Remote) We are looking for an experienced Red Hat OpenShift SME to design, deploy, and manage enterprise Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on expertise in OpenShift 4.x, cluster administration, automation, security, and performance engineering across hybrid or multi‑cloud environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, manage, and upgrade OpenShift clusters (on‑prem & cloud).Build automation using Ansible, GitOps (ArgoCD), Helm, Tekton/Jenkins.Implement cluster security (RBAC, SCCs, policies, secrets).Configure monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK).Troubleshoot cluster, networking, storage, and performance issues.Act as SME for architecture, best practices, and stakeholder guidance. Required SkillsStrong expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes, RHEL, networking, and storage.Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP deployments (ROSA/ARO preferred).Knowledge of Operators, Service Mesh, CI/CD pipelines, container registries.Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred CertificationsRed Hat Certified Specialist (EX280)RHCA, CKA, CKAD (plus)
