Black Sheep Restaurants is looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our high performing teams. As a Server at Black Sheep Restaurants, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest has an enjoyable dining experience. Our goal is to provide friendly and professional customer service, while ensuring all products are served according to Black Sheep Restaurants standards. The ideal candidate for this role should be passionate about the hospitality industry, possess excellent service skills, and have a great eye for detail. We are looking for someone with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle customer’s orders with confidence and accuracy. Responsibilities Include: -Provide warm and friendly guest service-Greet and seat guests in a timely manner-Accurately take, enter, and serve orders-Efficiently clear tables and reset for the next seating-Restock menus, utensils, tableware, and other necessary items-Assist guests with inquiries and special requests-Create accurate check out records and process payments-Regularly adhere to health and safety standards Requirements: -Must have excellent customer service skills-At least 1 year of experience in a similar role-Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume environment-Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills-Familiarity with restaurant point of sales systems-Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays-Valid Food Handler's Certificate
