General Manager

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery/manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Furthermore, attention to detail and overall quality control is key to the success of this position. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, training staff, driving sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a positive experience for all of our customers. Cinnamom is a multi-faceted business with an emphasis on drop shipping to residential customers, as well as shipping by the pallet and delivering products to different locations. Overseeing production, staff and the front counter are just a few of the responsibilities required for this important position.
