The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of composite production, ensuring product quality, timely manufacturing, and efficient delivery. Responsibilities include managing production processes such as Compression Molding, Resin Transfer Molding, Wet Lay-up, Autoclave prepreg, and Vacuum molding. QualificationsExperience in Composite Production Management, Manufacturing, and OperationsKnowledge of Composite Manufacturing Processes such as Compression Molding, Resin Transfer Molding, and Autoclave prepregSkills in Production Planning, Quality Control, and Inventory ManagementExperience in managing a team of production staffStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fieldCertifications in Composite Manufacturing or Production Management are a plus.
