Description
- Inspect and diagnose steering and suspension systems on light to heavy trucks.
- Use shop equipment including hoists, air jacks, and hydraulic equipment safely and effectively.
- Remove and replace truck suspension components such as springs, steering components, and king pins.
- Perform alignments on light- and heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive and truck suspensions.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair brake systems.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair driveline components.
- Perform general mechanical repairs as required.
- Journeyman Certification (required).
- Alberta CVIP License (an asset, but not required).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
- Comfortable working in heavy industrial settings.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Hourly Rate: $39.03/hr.
