Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications to Join Our League:

• Masterful Degree: A degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution, advanced experience a plus but not required. We prefer a clinician that has already completed CCC fellowship but may be able to accommodate a fellowship
• License to Heal: DC and/or Virginia state licensure (or eligibility) to practice your heroic craft – please note that the position will require licensure in both jurisdictions 
• Experience (or Aspiring Apprentice): Experience with the pediatric population is heroic!
• Value Alignment: Collaboration, inclusivity, lifelong learning, accountability, credibility, and adaptability is what we live and work by.
• Availability to Work with Our Squad: A minimum of 12-20 hours a week is preferred for an hourly clinician BUT we are also looking for individuals seeking a full-time position.
• Clearance for the Hero Hall of Fame: Ability to pass basic drug screen and background check, valid CPR/first aid certification or ability to obtain
• Tech-Savvy Superpowers: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iPad, and EMR system wizardry.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and terms of employment (part-time or full-time)

Hourly range $50 to $65 (W-2 hourly)

Salary range $70k to $85k

Physical Requirements:

• Duties require standing and walking.
• Requires lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or supporting patients in our gym
• Duties require frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
