We are looking for an experienced Massage Therapist to join our team at LaTresha Rená Salon and Spa. The ideal Massage Therapist candidate is passionate about massage and focused on providing our guests with a truly memorable massage experience. The successful candidate must be licensed in the state and possess a thorough knowledge of massage therapy techniques. We are looking for a Massage Therapist who can develop customized massage treatments for each individual, and also enjoys working with our clientele to meet their therapeutic goals. Responsibilities: • Provide superior massage therapy services and treatments while ensuring client satisfaction • Develop individualized massage treatments according to the client’s needs • Consult with clients about their medical histories and massage requirements • Recommend individualized treatment plans to clients • Monitor clients’ progress during massage sessions • Maintain professional and friendly interactions with clients • Keep massage equipment and supplies well-stocked • Maintain a clean and secure working environment • Adhere to safety procedures and regulations Requirements: • Current state license in massage therapy • Thorough understanding of massage therapy techniques and modalities • Ability to adapt massage treatments to meet clients’ needs • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Professional attitude and outstanding customer service • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform massage for one hour or more • Ability to work flexible hours If you are a passionate and dedicated Massage Therapist, we encourage you to apply!
