Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Team Member, you are the heart of our brand. Behind the scenes, your goal is to ensure every guest receives high-quality food prepared with care, speed, and precision.

• Quality & Precision: Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items—including breading chicken, prepping salads, and managing the boards—strictly following Chick-fil-A’s recipes and presentation standards.
• Speed & Urgency: Work with a sense of urgency to fulfill orders quickly while maintaining the highest level of food quality during peak hours.
• Food Safety First: Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation standards by monitoring temperatures, adhering to portion controls, and following all health regulations.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the kitchen neat and orderly by sanitizing surfaces, washing dishes, and disposing of waste properly to ensure a safe and pristine workspace.
• Inventory & Stewardship: Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock to ensure freshness, while proactively restocking stations to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Team Synergy & Growth: Collaborate effectively with your peers, complete all opening or closing tasks, and stay up-to-date on new products and in-house training.

Requirements & Expectations

• Diverse Experience: We value reliability and a strong work ethic. While prior experience in the restaurant kitchen industry is a bonus, it is not required.

• Availability and Reliability: Consistency and punctuality are vital to success. Friday and Saturday availability is required. A reliable mode of transportation and a punctual track record are essential.
