Key Responsibilities

• Serve patrons by clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment and adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning and resetting tables;
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
• Supports the wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations.
• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

A Busser are responsible for representing Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza, and living up to our Company standards. S/he provides guest service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to make sure all areas are clean and compliant with sanitation specifications. Busser's will also work directly with other team members to ensure that all guests' visits exceed their expectations.

Essential Requirements & Skills

• Must be 16 year of age at the time of hire.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

The Busser is expected to be able to perform the job functions with reasonable accommodation. Physical demands include:

• Remaining standing for extended periods of time.
• Bending, squatting, and lifting, up to 30 lbs., for short distances.
• Frequent communication with Managers and Team Members and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
