About the role
As a Warehouse Operative at ASC Nettetal, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and quality. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure that customer orders are processed on time and that warehouse operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining an organised and safe working environment.
What we need from you
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A reliable and flexible approach to work.
- Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and being on your feet for extended periods.
- A strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
- Basic English or German communication skills are beneficial.
- Eligibility to work in Germany.
