CNC Saw & Milling Machine Operator (FT) Evening Shift

- Safety footwear is required. Annual company-paid safety footwear after 3 months —all other tools and training provided.
- Cascadia is registered with ITA and is willing to sponsor a candidate for the CNC Red Seal program.
Based in our factory in Gloucester Estates, Langley, the CNC Saw and Milling Machine Operator is responsible for manufacturing Cascadia’s award-winning windows and doors. Experience in window production or other manufacturing is preferred, but with the right attitude and physical skills, our onboarding and training program can bring interested applicants up to speed quickly.
Shift: Afternoon Shift, Monday to Thursday – 2:15 pm to 12:45 am.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing organization.
- Experience working with manufacturing tools & equipment.
- Physically able to lift weights, stand, bend, etc.
- Check production documents for milling details and instructions.
- Loading parts, finding and starting program macros.
- Update program macros as required.
- Check part quality.
- Clean and stack materials into upright carts in an organized manner.
- Maintain and clean machines as required, change tooling as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation, as transit service is not available in the Gloucester Estates area.
