Responsibilities
Establish and maintain governance structures for security and GRC programs
• Develop and manage policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Drive compliance mapping to laws, regulations, and control requirements
• Oversee governance reporting, dashboards, and management review mechanisms
• Coordinate policy exceptions, approvals, and control oversight activities
• Support periodic assessments and governance reviews
• Align governance practices with organizational strategy and risk priorities
• Monitor maturity improvement and roadmap execution
