Job Description:

  • Welcome visitors, employees, and business partners, providing information and directing them as needed.
  • Manage daily reception activities and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations.
  • Handle incoming deliveries, shipments, and office correspondence.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders when needed.
  • Support accommodation administration, visitor registration, and access card management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve administrative and facility-related requests.
  • Assist with office events and other administrative tasks.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, visitors, suppliers, and business partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled at a university (active student status is required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
  • Professional, reliable, and service-oriented approach when interacting with employees, visitors, and business partners.

This is an apprenticeship opportunity based in France. Compensation will be provided in accordance with applicable French apprenticeship regulations.
