What you’ll be doing
As Merchant Services Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our merchant partners throughout their journey with Wolt. You will be the bridge between our operations team and our partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, top-quality service, and continuous development opportunities. This role is an exciting mix of partner support, process management, and business growth.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Providing clear and timely support by proactively responding to merchant partner inquiries;
- Educating partners with best practices and long-term solutions to reduce recurring issues;
- Reporting system issues or process gaps and contributing to their resolution;
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and support process and tool development;
Our humble expectations
- Fluent in local language and English is a must;
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn and adapt to new tools;
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a strong advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Structured and service-oriented mindset;
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and motivation to improve processes continuously;
