Data Processing & Access Review Support Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Processing & Access Review Support Staff to support our Information Security and Access Review activities. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and validating user access data for application and privileged access reviews, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely coordination with system administrators.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience handling large volumes of data across multiple file formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit requests for active user lists and user access extracts required for Application Access Reviews and AIX/Windows Privileged Access Reviews.
• Monitor and track the status of data extraction requests to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and follow up with system administrators regarding pending requests.
• Collect and consolidate user access data from various sources and file formats, including Excel, PDF, text files, and images.
• Convert extracted information into structured Excel files for review and analysis.
• Perform manual data transcription when necessary.
• Clean and standardize user data by removing duplicates, correcting formatting inconsistencies, and eliminating unnecessary spaces.
• Validate the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of extracted data before submission.
• Ensure all supporting documentation, such as screenshots and extraction evidence, is complete and properly filed.
• Maintain organized records to support audit and access review requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience in data processing, administrative support, IT operations, service desk, compliance, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, formatting, and basic formulas.
• Comfortable working with multiple file formats such as Excel, PDF, text files, and images.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with user access management, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems is an advantage but not required.
