Labas and a warm welcome from all of us here at Sungrow!As our Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage business continues to expand across the Baltics, we are looking for a technically minded sales professional who enjoys working directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset to support the successful deployment of Sungrow's energy storage solutions in Lithuania and the wider Baltics region.Curious to learn more? - Act as the primary technical contact for customers and partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Support business development activities by providing technical consultation and solution design for C&I ESS projects.
- Prepare and review technical proposals, system layouts, quotations, and tender documentation.
- Build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and professional technical support.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Service, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Gradually take ownership of technical sales activities in the Baltics region and independently drive customer discussions and project support.
Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, application engineering, or project development within renewable energy, power systems, ESS, PV, or related industries.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, energy storage solutions, and C&I project environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a structured and customer-friendly way.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Lithuanian language at C1 level and English at B2 level or higher.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Lithuania and the Baltics when required.
