iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Omnichannel Specialist (Germany, Switzerland & Austria) VIE within our Marketing team, you’ll sit at the intersection of business, technology, and marketing coordinating campaigns, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless omnichannel experiences across markets.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Omnichannel, and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign coordination, timely execution, and alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and escalate issues to the right stakeholders when needed.
• Conduct comprehensive technical reviews and validation of campaign configurations prior to deployment to ensure operational excellence and minimize risk.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues before they impact business outcomes or escalate to critical incidents.
• Leverage strong technical acumen to rapidly diagnose root causes, implement solutions, and maintain campaign integrity across complex digital ecosystems
• Drive process improvements and reduce friction across workflows.
• Develop training materials and upskill teams as needed.
• Provide business teams with campaign performance insights and actionable optimization recommendations.

About you

Experience:

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage.
• Experience in Campaign Management/Email Marketing is an advantage.

Soft and technical skills:

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work transversally in a complex, fast-changing environment.
• Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented, process-focused approach.
• Strong affinity for new technologies and trends (tools, apps, software, AI).
• Genuine interest in digital transformation and process optimization.

Education:

• Degree in Business, Business Informatics, Communications, or Marketing.

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• German language is a plus.
