Job Summary:
Acquire BPO Pty Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Central Billing Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process invoices for clients across various projects and services
• Verify billing information for accuracy and completeness
• Resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain and update billing records and databases
• Collaborate with project managers and account executives to ensure proper billing
• Generate regular billing reports for management review
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
• Implement and maintain billing procedures and policies
• Support audits and financial reviews as needed
Job Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 6 months to 1 year experience in BPO industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information
