Human Touch Home Health is seeking caring and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our growing team serving patients throughout Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Pulaski, Floyd, Giles County, Montgomery County, and surrounding New River Valley communities.

As a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide, you'll help patients remain safe and comfortable in the place they love most—their home.

What You'll Do
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to company guidelines
Qualifications
- Certificate of Completion from an approved Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide training program required
- Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes
