Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, managers, and employees, ensuring people priorities are connected to business needs, organizational performance, and employee experience.
  • Translate business strategy into practical and sustainable people actions, supporting organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, change management, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Partner with leaders across countries, business units, divisions, or functions to understand priorities and convert them into people plans.
  • Ensure effective implementation of global and regional People programs, adapting them to local legal, cultural, and operational requirements where needed.
  • Act as a first point of escalation for complex people matters, employee relations topics, organizational changes, and leadership support.
  • Promote a consistent employee experience across locations while respecting local labor legislation, collective agreements, and cultural context.
  • Collaborate closely with People Services, People Solutions, Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Legal, Finance, and business leadership teams.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Business Management, or related areas is preferred.
  • Solid experience in HR Business Partnering, People Partnering, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Talent Management, or equivalent HR roles.
  • Experience supporting leaders and managers in a multinational, matrixed, or complex business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor legislation, employee relations practices, HR policies, compliance requirements, and corporate governance standards.
  • Proven experience supporting performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, organizational design, and change management.
  • Experience partnering with Centers of Expertise, Shared Services, Legal, Finance, and senior business leadership is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people priorities with business outcomes.
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills across cultures, countries, and organizational levels; fluency in English required, with Portuguese or Spanish highly desirable depending on scope.

  • Analytical mindset, change management capability, confidentiality, integrity, resilience, and ability to operate in complex, matrixed, and multicultural environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office tools, and people analytics platforms.
