Client Executive

As Client Executive in our Adelaide team, you will own the day-to-day relationships with our clients and media across our South Australian Government patch. You’ll help deliver important and impactful media campaigns from a client servicing perspective across various channels, all with support from the wider team.

Core responsibilities: 

• Campaign delivery, including buying, implementation and reporting, across multi‑channel brand media (TV, radio, OOH, print, cinema, VOD and display).

• Be the point of contact for clients, supporting with evolving needs across smaller scale campaigns and ensure timelines, optimisation recommendations and communication are consistently maintained.

• Coordinate with key media partners to guarantee campaign delivery.

• With guidance and development training, use planning and trading tools to support cross‑channel planning and delivery.

A bit about you: 

• Experience within a media agency is preferred, however we’re open to those with project management skills and confidence running multiple campaigns.

• Familiarity with media tools and platforms, or a willingness to learn the industry systems required to plan, load, check, optimise and report on campaigns.

• Positive, resilient, strong initiative and committed to delivering excellent work with a can‑do mindset.

• Interested in creating impactful campaigns which aim to improve lives, excited to build meaningful connections.
