Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
Job Summary: Responsible for performing general maintenance duties throughout the center.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles.
- Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture.
- Performs minor building construction tasks.
- Performs interior and exterior center janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments.
- Attends required staff training sessions as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum: High school diploma or High School Equivalency. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.
Preferred: One year or more work-related experience.
Knowledge: Must possess a valid State driver’s license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
