As a Marketing Manager Biosimilars & Hospital Generics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, performance and future growth of our hospital portfolio. You will lead a high-performing team, define impactful brand and portfolio strategies, and drive excellence across forecasting, resource allocation and execution. By building strong cross-functional partnerships and leveraging deep market insights, you will help maximize value for customers, healthcare professionals and patients while delivering sustainable business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of 5-7 people, ensuring that the right culture and motivation is in place. Actively develop the team to ensure that they can maximize their capabilities and growth potential
- Define and implement the adequate growth strategy to maximize the current and future portfolio of Biosimilars and Generics in the hospital environment, ensuring the best resource allocation and implementing clear priorities
- Lead the strategic thinking at brand level and translate it to operational plans appropriate to the life-cycle of the brands to optimize return for Sandoz
- Manage the A&P budget to maximize opportunities with a clear balance of resources among brands and initiatives including the assessment of impact and implementing corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure an excellent strategic/operational forecasting from a robust patient model especially for launches and key products
- Actively develop the right marketing and promotional mix to meet brand commercial objectives and customer needs in the Biosimilars area
- Understand and structure the market intelligence and FF knowledge to translate it into brand/disease strategies and programs demonstrating entrepreneurial/"out-of-the box" thinking by generating and implementing new ideas to grow the portfolio
- Create and manage excellent matrix relationships both internally and with external clients/agencies, including, but not limited to: medical experts, Key Opinion Leaders, sales professionals, marketing experts
What you’ll bring to the role:
- University degree in Business, Marketing or Science (or equivalent)
- +10 years’ Marketing experience
- Biopharmaceutical and Hospital environment experience recommended
- Experience in leading teams and people management
- Ability to lead in cross functional and international environments
- Fluent in Spanish & English

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
