Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Junior Trader reporting to the Head of Foreign Exchange in the Seoul office. You will assist the senior traders in market making in Foreign Exchange. Providing liquidity to clients and branches and subsidiaries of State Street. You will learn taking and managing risk in the process.

What you will be responsible for
As a Junior Trader, you will:
- Assist senior traders in managing the trading book
- Provide accurate, timely, and competitive pricing to Sales and clients
- Collaborate with trading and sales teams across global offices
- Support the day-to-day operations of the trading desk, including:
Running start-of-day and end-of-day reports.
Maintaining pricing on the eFX platform.
Generating trade ideas and preparing daily market commentary.
Monitoring trading limits.
Maintaining trading records and preparing required documentation.
Performing ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in financial markets, treasury, trading, or related fields.
A Certified Derivatives Investment Advisor qualification (Korea) is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
Programming skills such as VBA, Python, SQL, or other automation tools are preferred.
Fluent in both Korean and English, written and spoken
Additional requirements
• Must be eligible for international travel.
Work Requirement
Trading activity prohibits any work from home arrangements.
100% presence in the office is required
