We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst to join our Finance team and support our Pacific Cluster (Chile & Peru). This is a highly impactful role for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, turning complex operational data into strategic insights, and driving value across Supply Chain operations.In this role, you will:
As the technical finance expert for Supply Chain Finance, you will play a critical role in helping the business understand and optimize its Total Delivered Cost (TDC) performance across the Pacific Cluster. Working closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams, you will:
Analyze cost performance and identify risks, opportunities, and productivity initiatives across manufacturing, logistics, and materials.
Lead financial forecasting and planning processes, leveraging tools such as SAP, Anaplan, and advanced analytics to improve forecast accuracy and business outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop, evaluate, and validate cost-saving, sourcing, productivity, and network optimization initiatives, ensuring measurable value creation.
Build business cases and perform financial evaluations for capital investments, manufacturing changes, new product launches, and productivity projects through scenario modeling and post-implementation analysis.
Drive the annual standard cost setting and cost roll-up process while ensuring strong governance, accurate cost allocation, and compliance with corporate policies.

What we look for:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
CPA or similar professional certification is a plus.
Experience:
4+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or Supply Chain Finance.
Experience in multinational consumer goods or manufacturing environments preferred.
Technical & Core Skills:
Strong expertise in Supply Chain Finance, Cost Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Total Delivered Cost (TDC).
Experience with SAP, Anaplan, or similar ERP/EPM planning systems.
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and business case development skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
Strong communication, collaboration, and business partnering capabilities across multiple organizational levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and value creation.
Adaptability, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset in fast-paced environments.
Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish
