The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. Our internships will give you first-hand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology.
Partner with the best
You’ll participate in focused training, and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with international teams and engaging with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Gaining exposure to business processes and understanding how different functions operate within the company.
- Working closely with Governance, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Team Leaders to support engineering governance initiatives.
- Supporting the creation, maintenance, and improvement of key metrics to monitor engineering performance.
- Contributing to engineering outsourcing data analysis, including supplier performance evaluation and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Bringing fresh ideas on how to leverage digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence to remove process roadblocks, reduce manual activities, and improve engineering efficiency and quality.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
- Have maintained a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0, or the equivalent in your country.
- Have a basic understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, and data analytics principles.
- Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.
- Be legally entitled to work in the country where you are applying, without company sponsorship or time restrictions.

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.
The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
