Job Description Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented Desktop Quality Coordinator to support the delivery of our Quality Framework and Quality Management Plan. Working closely with the Quality Lead, you'll assess service partner compliance, identify quality trends and help improve processes that support exceptional outcomes for our clients.
About the Role
As a Desktop Quality Coordinator, you'll conduct desktop-based quality assessments, validate completed works against established standards and provide insights that help drive ongoing performance improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct desktop quality audits and validation checks to ensure works meet agreed quality framework requirements
- Assess service partner compliance and identify quality non-conformance trends
- Provide feedback and recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in maintaining and improving quality audit processes and documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and ensure standards are met
- Monitor client, Service Stream and service provider standards and ensure audit activities align with current requirements
About you
We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a passion for quality and compliance.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in quality assurance, quality auditing or compliance assessments
- The ability to review and interpret documentation and artefacts to verify completed works
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to process high volumes of data accurately
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical capability
- Experience working with clients, subcontractors or external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to identify opportunities for enhanced performance
Desirable qualifications
- Quality assessment or auditing qualifications
- Diploma or tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline
