Come be a part of this journey if you’re passionate about creating boundary-pushing work that drives behavioral change.You will be a part of HPB’s Corporate Marketing – Marketing Preventive Health team, which spearheads the strategic planning, development and implementation of innovative marketing and media strategies for HPB’s flagship campaigns in key preventive health topics, such as Health Screening, Vape-free and Senior’s Health. By working closely with internal and external stakeholders, we aim to strengthen the health practices and increase the adoption of preventive health behaviour among Singaporeans, in line with the Board’s vision of building a nation of healthy people.
[What you will be working on]
As a key member of the Marketing Preventive Health team, you’ll be supporting the development and implementation of integrated marketing communications for a key campaign under the seniors’ health segment, as well as leading brand social media content to build brand love and drive engagement on HPB’s channels.
You will lead the strategic development and execution of a digital campaign to garner participation for a seniors’ digital health programme, working closely with creative and media agencies to shape campaign direction, refine messaging, and deliver impactful resource videos for senior audiences.
You will drive the planning and roll-out of social media content for HPB's brand channels, contributing to content calendars, coordinating the creation and review of posts, and working closely with the media agency on media buys, ad campaign monitoring, and optimisation to maximise reach and engagement.
You will be working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and will support the team with campaign performance reporting, data consolidation, maintenance of organised records, and procurement or finance-related administrative processes, as well as any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
[What we are looking for]
An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of working experience in marketing roles. The candidate should also possess:
Strong project management and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholders’ management skills- able to interact confidently across the organisation and with external stakeholders
Highly adaptable to changes
High energy team player with ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced matrix environment
Experience in marketing campaigns and social media management, familiar with paid campaigns and content planning and production
Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract.
