Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Director, Engineering in Prai, Penang.
Principle Accountabilities: Duties performed in this role vary depending on the business unit, location or product being manufactured. Following is a list of possible duties:
What a typical day looks like:
- Successfully guide and influence senior level management, executives and key clients in their commitment input needs.
- Actively participates in and/or supports major equipment contract negotiations.
- Provides the necessary/accurate direction and support to site Managers to ensure projects are executed as planned.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training with 12 or more years of management experience; or Master degree with 7 or more years of related experience.
