No screenprinting experience is necessary! We will teach you everything you need to know.

 

In this role, you will work with a team to bring designs to life on t-shirts while learning to run screenprinting equipment. The work is active, steady, and easier to learn than most people expect. You'll develop valuable, hands-on skills while seeing the direct impact of your work every day.

 

Whether you choose days or nights, Lakeshirts offers a clear path for growth. Night-shift team members start at $22 per hour with opportunities to earn $30+ per hour. High performers can advance quickly, with some team members moving up in as little as 90 days.

 

Schedule:

Detroit Lakes, MN | Onsite Full-Time  | Night Shift | M - Th 4pm - 2am

Pay | Starting Rate | Night Shift $22

A Typical Day (job functions) | Learn + Print + Load + Run Equipment + Check Quality

• Review orders for design, colors, and placement
• Learn to operate screenprinting machines with training and support
• Help set up and run printing jobs
• Load and unload shirts from presses
• Apply ink designs and make small adjustments
• Check finished products for quality
• Change screens and ink between jobs
• Work with your team to keep production moving
• Follow company standards and work to achieve department goals
• Follows safety practices. Identify problems and work to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards
• Other duties as assigned

Skills (qualifications) | Reliable + Team-Oriented + Ready to Learn

• High school education desirable, but not required
• Tablet or computer experience preferred
• Ability to work well in a team
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
• Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours
• Ability to be stand for 8-10 hours a day
• Previous production experience preferred, but not required

CONTINUOUSLY: Stands, Walks, Reaches, Lifts and Carries Under 10lbs., Reaching at and below shoulder height

FREQUENTLY: Lifts, Carries, Pushes, Pulls, Bends, Twists, Reaches above shoulder height

OCCASIONALLY: Balances, Lifts and Carries 10-24lbs., 25-50lbs., and Over 50lbs

NEVER: Sits, Climbs, Crawls
