What You Can Expect:
- The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end transportation operations across India, including vehicle arrangement, shipment planning, dispatch coordination, real-time shipment tracking, customer and transporter communication, issue resolution, and timely Proof of Delivery (POD) collection.
- The role requires close coordination with transporters, warehouses, customers, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, accurate documentation, service compliance, and smooth logistics execution from dispatch through POD closure.
- The candidate should possess strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in transportation and logistics operations.
What You Bring:
- Strong transportation and logistics coordination experience.
- Knowledge of Indian transportation operations and documentation.
- Experience with ERP, TMS, or logistics management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Years of Experience: 3 years Minimum
