About the role
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Process Technician - Framing to join our manufacturing team in Manurewa on an afternoon shift. The role is responsible for the assembling of timber framing, ensuring internal customer orders are prepared correctly and on time.
What will you do?
Assemble frames and related product components according to specifications.
Prepare and package finished timber products for storage, dispatch, or the next stage of production.
Organise products based on size, order requirements, and production schedules.
Support the efficient flow of products through the manufacturing process.
Maintain quality standards during assembly and packaging activities.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
Work closely with team leaders and production staff to meet daily production targets.
Assist with general production and operational tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a manufacturing, production, processing, or industrial environment is desirable.
Ability to use hand tools and follow work instructions.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Forklift licence advantageous but not essential.
Physically capable of handling production and packaging activities.
Open to learning, adaptable to changing timelines and priorities.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to promote safe work practices and a positive safety culture.
A collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders.
