In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to cloud-based service platforms.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions that align with business requirements.
- Experience in managing code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to integrate multiple software components effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
