Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience working within agile development environments and using version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
