- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments using efficient four-handed dentistry techniques
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to infection control and safety standards
- Take digital dental X-rays and assist with advanced imaging technologies when needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the practice management system
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative care instructions
- Support a positive patient experience by communicating effectively and collaborating with the clinical team
- 3+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience is required
- Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing and Radiology
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols
