Relationship Officer

As a Premier Banking Sales Support, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our Premier Banking Relationship Managers. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to our valued clients.

How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. You'll work closely with our Relationship Managers to provide administrative support, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and client engagement. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering high-quality support.

What you do
- Provide administrative support to Premier Banking Relationship Managers
- Coordinate client meetings, events, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration

Who you are
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems an advantage
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
