Job Description
Position (Title): Country PMO Manager
Location of the position: Gurgaon
Job summary
You will be responsible for driving program management, project reviews, critical stakeholder connects and other critical actions in driving and promoting country business strategy, working with the office of MD of RA India.
We expect you to understand the business needs and to demonstrate collaboration with the internal stakeholders/Business units to enable country business strategy (BSR).
You will report to the Regional Vice president-Sales, India and work onsite in Gurgaon, India.
Your Responsibilities
This role would be primarily responsible for following:
Drive execution of strategic priorities: Own tracking and delivery of key BSR initiatives; ensure clear milestones, accountability and outcomes.
- Governance & IRC (schedule management): Establish and run a regular operating rhythm (IRC, reviews, dashboards, and escalation forums) to maintain momentum across cross-functional teams.
- Cross-functional orchestration: Act as a central integrator across sales, BU, delivery, finance, HR, Marketing, GCCs and other global stakeholders to remove silos and accelerate decision-making.
- Executive decision support: Summarise inputs into crisp insights, highlight risks/opportunities and prepare structured recommendations for MD review
- Performance tracking and analytics: Build visibility on initiative performance (KPIs, leading indicators), flag deviations early and lead corrective actions.
- Special projects and transformation initiatives: Lead high-impact, time-bound projects (e.g., operating model, productivity improvements, growth programmes).
- Stakeholder management: Interface with internal leaders and global teams to ensure agreement, communication.
- Drive culture of accountability: Reinforce outcome ownership, challenge slippages and institutionalise excellence.

- Experience handling sensitive information following company policies and procedures and attention to data privacy requirements. upholding the decorum and status of the MDs office.
- Experience collaborating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership and executives.
- Knowledge of business and financial principles and their application to organisational goals.
- Collaborator with business teams/ functions and experienced at networking .
- Analyse complex situations, evaluate options, and make informed decisions that support our goals.
- Experience managing tasks and priorities while adapting to evolving our requirements.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology tools.

- Impactful strategic briefings/ reports delivered.
- New c-suite/ senior leaders relationships gained through influence.
- Incremental business brought because of RAs participation/ access/ influence in relevant forums.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's (Master's preferred) degree in Technology/ Engineering/ Business administration/ Political Science/ Public Relations/ Law.
- 10+ Years of professional experience managing strategic projects/ Special projects and transformation projects
- Experience working in software/ technology companies at the leadership level.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experience in advocacy or public policy required.
