Job Summary
Division Vice President, International Search
The Division Vice President, International Search is responsible for leading the strategic, operational, and financial performance of AMN Healthcare's international nurse immigration business. This executive leader oversees immigration operations, sales, and account management functions to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and successful immigration outcomes for international nurse candidates.
The role partners closely with recruitment, client services, sales, operations, legal, and human resources teams to achieve business objectives, expand client relationships, improve service delivery, and support the organization's international workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Lead sales and account management teams to achieve revenue, growth, retention, and client satisfaction objectives.
Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion within existing and prospective client accounts.
Monitor sales performance and pipeline metrics, identifying opportunities to improve business results.
Partner with executive leadership to establish annual revenue goals, forecasts, and strategic growth initiatives.
Client & Account Management Leadership
Provide leadership and oversight to account management teams responsible for client retention, satisfaction, and service delivery.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key client stakeholders.
Ensure successful execution of client strategies, service commitments, and business objectives.
Address escalated client concerns and develop solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships.
Operational Leadership
Lead and oversee immigration operations supporting international nurse candidates through the employment-based immigration process.
Direct daily activities to achieve immigration milestones, including green card interview readiness and application progression.
Drive process improvements that enhance productivity, compliance, quality, and candidate experience.
Ensure adherence to federal immigration requirements and company policies.
Financial & Business Management
Oversee business unit financial performance, including revenue, productivity, profitability, and operational metrics.
Analyze performance data and develop action plans to achieve organizational objectives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, account management, and operational teams.
Manage budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic planning efforts.
People Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop managers and leaders across sales, account management, and operational functions.
Build succession plans and talent pipelines to support organizational growth.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with recruitment, operations, legal, HR, finance, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Lead strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business performance.
Support organizational change efforts and implementation of new processes and technologies.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, OR
High School Diploma/GED and 14+ years of progressive leadership experience.
Leadership Experience
10+ years of experience leading sales, account management, operations, or service delivery organizations.
Experience as a Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, or Staffing leader within a hospital system, healthcare organization, or workforce solutions environment, with responsibility for developing and executing international staffing strategies and workforce pipelines.
Demonstrated success partnering with executive healthcare leaders and client stakeholders to address workforce shortages, implement international staffing programs, and build long-term strategic relationships.
Experience leading large-scale international nurse recruitment initiatives, including collaboration with healthcare organizations, recruitment partners, and immigration stakeholders to achieve workforce and business objectives.Experience managing managers and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success achieving revenue growth, client retention, and operational performance goals.
Business Experience
Strong financial and business acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and KPI ownership.
Experience developing and executing strategic growth initiatives.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or healthcare services experience.
International recruitment, immigration services, global mobility, or workforce migration experience.
Experience leading sales and client relationship management organizations.
Knowledge of employment-based immigration processes and regulations.
Experience supporting enterprise and strategic client accounts.

Pay Rate
$132,000 - $165,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
