Job Description

As a Security Officer Incident Documentation in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery/vendor entry in accordance with site policies, maintaining accurate logs and reports as required.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance or security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
